Social Commitment

At Friedrich Friedrich, social commitment is an established part of our corporate culture. We participate both in regular as well as one-off aid campaigns. These have the purpose of supporting persons in need and social establishments.

Real support replaces Christmas presents

As a general rule, we save our annual Christmas presents to support social establishments. This regularly includes a children’s home of the organisation "A Kiss for Children" in Ho-Chi-Minh city (Vietnam) and the Darmstadt Children’s Clinic “Prinzessin Margaret”.

What is more, we have already been supporting the “Rumänienhilfe” ecumenical Christmas campaign of the Evangelical Melanchthon community in Griesheim for many years. Konrad Rampelt organises this campaign with sweets, school materials and toys filled into the (removal) boxes of our removal company, which are brought to Romania. Removal of the Kinderschutzbund Darmstadt 2014

In the spring of 2014, we executed the free of charge removal of the Kinderschutzbundes Darmstadt. In addition, we regularly support social establishments in Darmstadt with transports for the annual welcome bazaar in Darmstadt as well as  with office furniture from our area of  Used Furniture Logistics.

Transport of relief supplies to Romania by Transgourmet

In October 2014, Friedrich Friedrich provided 200 packing boxes to the gastronomy supplier Transgourmet, allowing it to participate in a nationally organised aid programme for Romania.
